About the role

The Litigation Support Analyst collaborates with project managers and case teams to provide computerized support for litigation matters. This role assists attorneys in planning, organizing, researching, analyzing, and presenting cases efficiently, while managing data and review platforms.

This position is available in any of our US office locations and offers a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with managing cases/projects at various stages of the litigation process.
  • Creates and supports databases, including user accounts, access permissions, review layouts, and search assistance.
  • Provides daily metrics of document reviews, generates data productions, and performs quality control.
  • Processes electronically stored information (ESI) for upload into data review platforms.
  • Assists attorneys in trial preparation, including setting up electronic equipment in the courtroom and providing courtroom support.
  • Handles data import/export and manipulation as needed.
  • Processes ESI using advanced technology applications like Clearwell.
  • Targets ESI collection from hard drives and backup tapes with Index Engineers and assists with collection efforts.
  • Provides timelines and estimates for data processing to project managers.
  • Assists in developing and maintaining best practices for the department.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to work effectively with employees, paralegals, attorneys, and vendors, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in the entire litigation support process, including database management, searching, reporting, scanning, coding, electronic discovery, document production, and trial support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues using technology.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations, manage conflict, and exercise independent judgment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in litigation technology support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of applications such as Relativity, Concordance, LiveNote, CaseMap, and Sanction.
  • Experience with electronic evidence, large-scale printing, document repositories, and extranet technologies.

  • Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, such as working at a computer for extended periods, participating in virtual meetings, and attending in-person meetings.
  • Work under pressure and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform all other assigned duties, tasks, or projects.

Physical Demands

Sedentary work involving exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally. Primarily involves sitting, with occasional walking and standing.

Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote and in-office work, as determined in coordination with the hiring manager.

Pay

The expected hiring range for this position is $46.15 - $73.38 per hour, depending on the candidate’s geographic market location. Non-exempt positions are paid hourly with overtime in accordance with applicable laws. Compensation will also depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, educational background, and qualifications.
