Knowledge Base & Education
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
- Excellent academic credentials
- At least 10 years’ of significant commercial litigation experience, with construction litigation experience preferred.
- Excellent legal research and analysis skills
- Current member of the North Carolina bar with litigation experience in North Carolina federal and state courts

- Ability to learn and embrace new skills and best practices as the position evolves and Firm needs change
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work well independently as well as effectively within a team
Collaboration
- Ability to develop relationships and foster teamwork at all levels of the Firm
- Ability to manage a team of associates and paralegals
