Litigation Partner or Of Counsel

About the role

The Dallas, Texas office of Kaufman Dolowich, a full-service National Law firm with more than 250 attorneys across 16 offices and over 25 practice areas, is actively seeking an attorney to join our growing litigation practice.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of defense litigation matters in hospitality (hotels or managed properties preferable), premises or general liability, business/commercial litigation, or related insurance practice
• Build and manage a portfolio of cases
• Manage and supervise multiple attorneys
• Appear in both Federal and State courts

Qualifications

• At least eight years of experience handling all aspects of defense litigation matters in hospitality, premises or general liability, business/commercial litigation, or related insurance practice
• Trial and arbitration experience
• Experience in supervision and management of multiple attorneys
• Strong leadership skills
