Litigation Paralegals

About the role

A busy and well-established plaintiff's personal injury law firm is seeking multiple experienced Litigation Paralegals to join its team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience, strong organizational abilities, and excellent written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation, including case preparation, discovery, and trial support.
• Draft, revise, and organize legal documents such as pleadings, discovery responses, correspondence, and settlement materials.
• Manage case files, medical records, and document production with a high degree of accuracy.
• Maintain calendars, deadlines, and scheduling for attorney appearances, depositions, and court matters.
• Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel to support case progress.
• Aid with administrative tasks as needed to support the litigation team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation in NJ (plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred).
• Strong written, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with litigation procedures, court filings, and case management systems.
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload with accuracy and efficiency.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
