Litigation Paralegal - San Francisco, CA

About the role

The Litigation Business Unit at Clark Hill is seeking an experienced paralegal to join our San Francisco office. This role involves working on a variety of commercial and residential real estate matters, with a focus on real estate litigation.

Responsibilities

• Support litigation matters, including foreclosures, enforcement of judgments, assisting with motion and trial preparation, organizing trial exhibits, and maintaining case materials.
• Handle real estate closings, title reviews, corporate filings, and drafting and recording documents with County Recorders across California.
• Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment, with a focus on detail and organization.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals involved in the legal process.

Requirements

• A minimum of five years of experience supporting litigation matters.
• Experience handling real estate closings, title reviews, corporate filings, and drafting and recording documents with County Recorders across California.
• A Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate.

Pay

The salary range at the time of posting is $85,000 - $100,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to, employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.

Schedule

This position offers a hybrid-remote schedule with three days in the office and two days working remotely.
