Litigation Paralegal- Personal Injury

A growing personal injury practice is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Paralegal to support its trial team and assist throughout all phases of the litigation process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys and the trial team throughout all phases of litigation
• Prepare case-specific legal documents, memoranda, briefs, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and factual investigations
• Organize and maintain case files and litigation documentation
• Assist with discovery requests and related case preparation
• Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, attorneys, and other parties
• Attend court proceedings and accurately document important information
• Assist with trial preparation and maintain case materials
• Provide general administrative and litigation support
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case documentation

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal or similar litigation role preferred
• 1-3 years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience preferred
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
• Paralegal certification or an Associate degree in Paralegal Studies preferred
• Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and court systems
• Strong legal research and written/verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and document-management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case-management software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
