Our clients are hurt, and coming to us at their worst. We empathize, fight hard, and treat them like humans. We fight on cases many other firms dropped. We sue. We care. Bilingual Spanish required. Experienced litigation paralegals may apply. New litigation paralegals may apply. Hungry paralegals may apply. Work alongside our attorneys once the case goes into suit: file the complaint, get defendants served, draft written discovery and responses, prepare disclosures, help prep motions, schedule depos and experts, and get cases ready for arbitration, mediation, and trial. Keep clients in the loop, in English and Spanish, so no one is left wondering what’s happening with their case. Stay organized, communicate clearly, and keep the case moving.
