About the role
The role is responsible for providing customer support through various channels including email, phone, and live chat.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all interactions and escalate complex issues to higher levels of support.
- Provide training and guidance to new team members as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software is beneficial.
