Litigation Paralegal
Responsibilities
- Assist with case management, drafting and proofreading legal documents
- Organize, review, and manage large volumes of litigation-related records
- Aid in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials
- Utilize legal technology and case management tools to streamline workflows
- Support attorneys with discovery requests and motion preparation
- Coordinate witness schedules and prepare trial materials
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- Experience with civil litigation in California is preferred
- Strong understanding of state and federal litigation deadlines and rules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay
The hourly pay range is $30-43/hour, with potential for overtime pay at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
