Responsibilities
- Assist with case management and drafting legal documents
- Organize and manage large volumes of litigation-related records
- Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials
- Manage trial preparation including witness coordination, exhibit preparation, and page lines
- Communicate with clients, experts, and attorneys regarding case status and preparation
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- Experience with civil litigation in the state of Pennsylvania preferred
- Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat)
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
