About the role
The Flood Law Firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to manage a busy caseload throughout the litigation process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with a firm that values professional growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Manage a personal injury caseload throughout the litigation process
- Communicate regularly with clients, attorneys, opposing counsel, courts, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
- Prepare, finalize, supplement and track interrogatories, requests for production, disclosures and other discovery responses
- Obtain, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, and other case-related documents
- Track court deadlines and ensure timely filings and completion of litigation tasks
- Prepare court filings, scheduling orders, pretrial memos, trial management conference memos, arbitration notebooks, and trial notebooks
- Support settlement efforts by coordinating liens, settlement documentation, and other case resolution activities
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Prior personal injury litigation experience is preferred
- Ability to commute to our Middletown and Glastonbury offices is preferred

Pay
$60,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience.
