Overview An established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Delaware office. This position will support attorneys throughout all phases of complex litigation, including case management, discovery, depositions, hearings, motions, and trial preparation.The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of law firm litigation experience, strong knowledge of court procedures and electronic filing requirements, and the ability to independently manage multiple matters and deadlines. ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys throughout all phases of litigation from case initiation through trial.Organize and maintain pleadings, correspondence, discovery, court filings, and other case materials.Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, correspondence, discovery materials, and other legal documents.Electronically file court documents using CM/ECF and Delaware e-filing systems.Maintain case calendars, dockets, court deadlines, and critical matter dates.Assist with deposition preparation, including exhibits, materials, and transcript summaries.Coordinate materials and logistics for depositions, hearings, motions, and trials.Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness materials, pleadings, and case documents.Support all phases of discovery and e-discovery, including identification, preservation, collection, review, and production of ESI.Draft and distribute legal hold notices and coordinate ESI collection with clients and legal teams.Track discovery requests, responses, productions, and related deadlines.Maintain organized discovery files and databases and support document review workflows. Requirements3+ years of litigation paralegal experience within a law firm.College degree and/or recognized paralegal certificate required.Experience supporting attorneys through multiple phases of litigation.Proficiency with CM/ECF and Delaware electronic filing systems required.Experience preparing and filing pleadings, motions, and other court documents.Strong knowledge of litigation docketing, court procedures, and deadline management.Working knowledge of discovery and e-discovery processes, including ESI.Experience supporting depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.Proficiency with Microsoft Office; iManage and Relativity experience preferred.Excellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.Ability to independently manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
