About the role
The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys and other legal professionals in managing the Company’s global litigation docket, disputes, and other matters. They will conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, coordinate meetings, and support the drafting and editing of correspondence.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys and other legal professionals in the management of the Company’s global litigation docket, disputes, and other matters.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support litigation strategies.
- Prepare, review, organize, and file legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, motions, and trial documents.
- Maintain and organize legal files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the drafting and editing of correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Cope with the scheduling of meetings, depositions, hearings, appointments, and other legal proceedings.
- Communicate with internal departments and external parties to gather information and facilitate legal processes.
- Monitor and track regulatory changes and updates relevant to the company's operations.
- Provide general administrative support to the Global Litigation Group.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the leadership of the Legal Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certificate from an accredited program, or in process of obtaining same.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm or in a corporate legal department.
- Deep knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and litigation processes.
- Extensive experience with legal research, case management, and e-discovery tools and software.
- A desire to learn new things.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, detailed oriented, and ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and in a timely manner.
- The ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $72,000.00 - $115,900.00. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
Schedule
This is a hybrid role based in Valley City, OH or Towson, MD.
