Litigation Paralegal

About the role

This paralegal position is responsible for assisting with litigation matters under the supervision of various attorneys. The individual in this role works directly with trial attorneys to conduct initial investigations and discovery, perform research, draft pleadings, and maintain a calendar of deadlines, hearings, and meetings. This paralegal position prepares and manages all exhibits, assists with deposition prep and deposition summaries, attends trials as needed, and performs other related duties as assigned. The Litigation Paralegal maintains positive contact with clients, attorneys, and staff.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years litigation paralegal experience
• Trial experience
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask while maintaining efficiency
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and demonstrate good judgment
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to utilize various electronic legal resources

Schedule

This is a full-time position, with the potential of a hybrid working schedule.
