About the role
A reputable trial firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Everett, WA. The firm represents clients in complex personal injury and bad faith matters.
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys and clients through all phases of litigation.
- Working closely with clients and attorneys in building case strategy, managing discovery, and conducting legal research.
- Client communication, medical records review, drafting pleadings and motions.
- Preparing for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000. Benefits include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with match; 3-4 weeks paid time off; paid holidays; bonuses, and more.
