Litigation Paralegal

About the role

A highly regarded litigation law firm in Boston is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably supporting business litigation/commercial litigation/class action litigation.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of complex litigation, including discovery, document management, trial preparation, and case filings.
• Cooky/coordinator large volumes of documents and electronic discovery.
• Prepare, review, and file pleadings and court documents in federal and state courts.
• Organize exhibits, deposition materials, and trial notebooks.
• Cooky with clients, experts, vendors, and opposing counsel as needed.
• Maintain case calendars and monitor litigation deadlines.

Requirements

• 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience supporting business lit/commercial litigation/class action litigation is strongly preferred (business litigation, alternative dispute resolution, class action employment litigation, securities, antitrust, etc.).
• Proficiency with litigation support software, eDiscovery platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and legal staff.

Pay

$90,000 - $125,000 (depending on experience)

Schedule

Remote for the first 3-6 months, then hybrid (2 or 3 days in office)
