Essential Functions
- Assist attorneys with all phases of the litigation process
- Familiar with Court Deadlines
- Calendar Management
- Manage and organize case files, including electronic documents, and physical evidence
- Cook discovery, including drafting, and responding to discovery requests, and organizing document production
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years personal injury paralegal experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with legal technology and software, including document management systems, and litigation support tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients
