Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle, including case preparation, discovery management, and trial readiness.
• Maintain and monitor court deadlines, prepare and file documents through ECF, and conduct legal research using tools such as PACER and Westlaw.
• Draft pleadings, notices, and motions;
• Organize and manage deposition materials, exhibits, and summaries;
• Track document productions and discovery;
• Assist with deposition coordination;
• Communicate with courts, outside counsel, clients, and experts;
• Contribute to case strategy meetings.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment.
• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience within a law firm, including exposure to toxic tort, product liability, or complex litigation matters.
• Experience with e-filing (ECF), PACER, Westlaw, and managing discovery and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate preferred (relevant experience may be substituted).

Benefits

• Salary/Wage Range: $80,000 - $105,000 annually.
