Responsibilities
- Support attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle, including case preparation, discovery management, and trial readiness.
- Maintain and monitor court deadlines, prepare and file documents through ECF, and conduct legal research using tools such as PACER and Westlaw.
- Draft pleadings, notices, and motions;
- Organize and manage deposition materials, exhibits, and summaries;
- Track document productions and discovery;
- Assist with deposition coordination;
- Communicate with courts, outside counsel, clients, and experts;
- Contribute to case strategy meetings.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment.
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience within a law firm, including exposure to toxic tort, product liability, or complex litigation matters.
- Experience with e-filing (ECF), PACER, Westlaw, and managing discovery and trial preparation.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate preferred (relevant experience may be substituted).

- Salary/Wage Range: $80,000 - $105,000 annually.
