• Represent clients in various legal matters including personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, workers' compensation, social security claims, product liability, wage and hour, and other areas.
• Prepare and present evidence in court and during settlement negotiations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing parties.
• Stay updated on legal developments and trends relevant to the practice area.

Requirements

• A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Florida.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more of the practice areas mentioned above is preferred.
• Passion for helping clients and contributing to the success of the firm.

Skills

• Strong research and writing skills.
• Effective negotiation and mediation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
