Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities

The candidate must be detail orientated, self-motivated, organized, and should have significant experience in the following areas:

• Composing, preparing, revising, and finalizing legal documents (including pleadings), and correspondence as directed by the attorney in a high volume practice
• Drafting, formulating, and revising discovery questions and discovery responses, including handling document organization, summaries, and production
• Self-directed and able to identify and manage tasks in a lawsuit and manage caseloads among multiple attorneys

Qualifications, Skills and Expertise Required and/or Desired

• Familiar with deed records research and using the GSCCCA website
• Skilled in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook experience required. Collection Master a plus
• Paralegal Certificate preferred, but not required
