Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities
- Represent clients in personal injury cases from initial consultation through trial
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing parties
- Manage case files and deadlines
- Advocate for client interests in negotiations and court proceedings
Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in California
- At least 3 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Qualifications

- Proven track record of success in personal injury litigation
- Experience working with diverse clients and communities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
