Litigation Paralegal
About the Role
We’re looking for an exceptional litigation paralegal to join our high-performance team. At our firm, paralegals play a major role in helping us achieve justice for injured people and are deeply appreciated. This is an opportunity to shine as part of a collaborative team where you’ll work closely with 2-3 litigation attorneys to build cases, gather evidence, review records, communicate with clients, liaise with experts, schedule depositions/mediations, prepare for and attend trials, and more. Your role is to think critically and investigate to help uncover the truth—this is more than taking orders. Requirements
- 5+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience (plaintiffs’ experience preferred but not required).
- Must reside within driving distance of Raleigh, NC.
- Able to attend trials, including some overnight stays.
