Litigation Paralegal

About the role

A litigation paralegal is needed to support trial preparation and execution in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment. The role will be on-site in Louisville, KY from August to December.

Responsibilities

• Manage exhibits and witness materials for complex litigation matters
• Coordinate with witnesses and handle last-minute filings and courtroom logistics
• Support the team in an all-hands-on-deck environment

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting attorneys through trial preparation and in-trial execution
• Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced tasks under pressure
• Proficiency in trial technology and litigation tools
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Experience supporting attorneys through trial preparation and in-trial execution
• Ability to commit to an intensive workload, particularly August–December
• Demonstrated skill in case management and organization under pressure

Pay

The annualized pay for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference.
