Requirements

• Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, First Party Property, preferred (3+ years)
• Additional experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills needed
• Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures needed
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Experience in insurance defense litigation, First Party Property, preferred (3+ years)
• Experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills, preferred

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare discovery responses, subpoenas, simple motions, and binders for our clients and court's review
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel effectively in a team environment
• Competent in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe & Excel
• Must be task orientated
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced friendly environment
• Additional skills in reviewing medical records, bills and supporting documents, as well as create medical chronologies and bill summaries is preferred
