Litigation Paralegal

About the role

Our client is a boutique personal injury firm serving clients in Greenville, South Carolina. They are a growing firm looking for a sharp, hands-on personal injury litigation paralegal to join their team and play a pivotal role in helping clients get the justice they deserve.

Responsibilities

• Draft and file complaints, discovery requests/responses, and detailed medical chronologies.
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation.
• Request, track, and summarize medical records while managing healthcare liens and verifying balances.
• Onboard new personal injury litigation clients referred from partner firms, ensuring a seamless start to their case.
• Keep cases on track from intake to resolution with strong organizational and case management skills.

Requirements

• Litigation experience in personal injury.
• Knowledge of medical records, liens, and the unique challenges of PI cases.
• Strong drafting, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Paralegal certificate (preferred).
• A proactive, client-focused professional who enjoys being an integral part of the legal team.

Pay

$60,000 – $65,000 per year
