Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation
- Paralegal Certificate or Associate's Degree: Preferred from an ABA-approved paralegal program
- Experience with iManage and PerfectLaw
- Previous experience supporting multiple attorneys
- Knowledge of the Federal and State rules of procedure
- Experience with trial software such as Casefleet and Trial Director
- Experience producing chronologies and reviewing medical records
