Litigation Paralegal

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of civil litigation experience in a law firm, specifically in commercial litigation. This includes tasks such as obtaining and reviewing documents, drafting discovery, and complying with federal guidelines and Pennsylvania rules and procedures.

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required.
• Previous experience with commercial litigation.
• Familiarity with federal guidelines and filing requirements.
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania rules and procedures.
• Minimum of three years of experience in civil litigation in Pennsylvania.
