Litigation Paralegal
About the role
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal for their Salt Lake City office. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, with preference given to those with experience in general commercial litigation and insurance defense.
Responsibilities
- Organizing and managing large caseloads
- Preparing and responding to discovery requests
- Assisting with trial preparation
- Supporting at trial proceedings
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of litigation support and case management
- Familiarity with Utah and Federal rules of civil procedure
Qualifications
- Experience with general commercial litigation and insurance defense preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a litigation paralegal
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with legal software and technology tools
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

Pay
- The yearly salary range is between $45,000-$100,000
