Litigation Paralegal

About the role

Germer PLLC is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to play a key role in assisting attorneys with all aspects of case management throughout the litigation process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple matters efficiently while delivering high-quality support to attorneys and clients.

Responsibilities

• Providing a full range of administrative and litigation support
• Document creation, preparation and revision of correspondence
• Administrative filings, court filing and e-filing
• Document management, expense reimbursement processing, and calendar maintenance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent litigation paralegal experience, preferably in defense litigation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
