Litigation Paralegal
About the role
A prestigious international law firm seeks a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program, minimum 5 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm, strong knowledge of Texas state and U.S. federal court procedures, proficient in LexisNexis, Westlaw, and iManage, advanced proficiency in eDiscovery platforms like Relativity, Opus 2, and CaseMap, and skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case initiation through trial
- Manage case calendars and ensure deadlines are met
- Draft and prepare filings for Federal and State courts
- Organize, review, and produce documents for discovery
- Prepare charts, indices, and case summaries
- Aid with deposition and meeting preparations
- Cook up with external vendors for case-related needs
- Proofread and cite-check briefs and discovery documents
- Handle trial and arbitration logistics, including travel arrangements
- Mentor junior paralegals and legal assistants as needed
What You’ll Do

Pay
Salary Range: $90,000 – 120,000 annually, based on experience
