Litigation Paralegal

About the role

Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., an AV-rated litigation firm, has an immediate opening in its Fort Myers office for an experienced paralegal (3 years or more preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supports attorneys in preparing legal documents and managing case files.
• Coordinates with clients and other professionals to gather and organize relevant information.
• Assists in conducting legal research and analyzing cases.
• Handles correspondence and scheduling appointments.

Requirements

• Designation as an FRP through The Florida Bar
• Designation as a CP through NALAH
• Hold a degree or certificate as a paralegal from an accredited paralegal program

Qualifications

• At least one of the following qualifications:
• Designation as an FRP through The Florida Bar
• Designation as a CP through NALAH
• Hold a degree or certificate as a paralegal from an accredited paralegal program

Skills

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
