Litigation Paralegal
Position Overview
The Litigation Paralegal will support the Legal Department in managing commercial litigation, regulatory enforcement matters, and pre-litigation disputes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience coordinating with outside counsel.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, innovation/commercialization within CPG [beverage preferred]
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management of related field
Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects from ideation through commercialization
Demonstrated expertise in Stage-Gate, new product development workflows and project management tools [Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com or equivalent]
Strong understanding of commercialization processes including packaging, QA/Regulatory checkpoints, and production readiness
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization - concise, clear and action-oriented
Hightly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and foster collaboration across teams simultaneously
Strong PowerPoint and Excel/Googlsheets skills: ability to translate complex project information into simple, executive-level summaries
Preferred Requirements
PMP certification or formal project management training
Experience developing or managing Stage-Gate or PMO frameworks within a high-growth CPG environment
Familiarity with beverage innovation processes [formulation, packaging, regulatory, supply chain]
Key Responsibilities
Maintain calendars, case trackers, and case files
Track budgets, invoices, deadlines, and outside counsel billing
Assist with insurance coverage
Assist with all phases of subpoenas, disputes, investigations, and litigation
Manage document collection and review, especially eDiscovery
Coordinate with outside counsel on filings, discovery responses, and factual development
Draft and organize various documents and files, including subpoenas, discovery requests, responses
Support witness preparation, deposition logistics, and trial exhibits
Assist with responses to government inquiries, regulatory investigations, and subpoenas

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
