Litigation Paralegal

About the role

This respected defense firm seeks a Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of billable litigation paralegal experience, proficiency in medical records and chronologies, and knowledge of state and federal court rules, particularly for Oregon and Washington courts.

Responsibilities

• Review and synthesize medical records and create medical chronologies
• Prepare medical records for depositions and trials
• Coordinate with expert witnesses
• Manage records requests from hospitals, clinics, and providers
• Handle administrative tasks like e-filing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and ProLaw
• Knowledge of state and federal court rules, with a preference for Oregon and Washington courts

Qualifications

• 3+ years of billable litigation paralegal experience
• Demonstrated experience managing, reviewing, and synthesizing medical records and chronologies
