Litigation Paralegal

Nationally recognized litigation and trial firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Denver office. The firm is known for handling complex, high-impact cases across areas such as mass torts, consumer protection, constitutional law, and human rights.

Key Responsibilities
Case & Litigation Support
- Draft, file, and manage pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Ensure compliance with federal and state court rules and procedures
- Perform cite-checking, fact verification, and proofreading of legal documents
Case Management & Organization
- Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines
- Track document productions and manage exchanges with opposing counsel
- Organize and manage complex case records
Trial & Deposition Support
- Prepare exhibits and evidence for depositions and trial
- Support attorneys during trial, including onsite coordination
- Travel for hearings, depositions, and extended trial engagements as needed
Collaboration & Communication
- Cookordination with clients, experts, witnesses, and court personnel
- Aid with case strategy preparation and logistics
Qualifications
Required
- 5–7+ years of paralegal experience in complex civil litigation
- Strong experience supporting both federal and state court litigation
- Deep knowledge of court rules, procedures, and filing requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Technical Skills
- Experience with legal research tools, eDiscovery platforms, and document management systems such as:
- Westlaw, LexisNexis
- iManage
- Relativity, Disco, Everlaw
- Familiarity with trial presentation tools (e.g., OnCue)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Competitive salary: $90K – $115K (DOE) + bonus potential
