We’re seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to provide high-level support to attorneys and help keep complex litigation matters organized, accurate, and on schedule. LITIGATION EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. What You’ll Do Open and maintain new and existing litigation matters Manage case files, deadlines, calendars, and docket reports Prepare and organize documents for depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlements Draft, proofread, finalize, and format legal documents and pleadings Prepare and submit ECF filings and monitor docket activity Review and profile incoming documents, emails, and ECF filings Maintain accurate electronic files and records in iManage Coordinate meetings, client communications, deliveries, and service of documents Assist attorneys with task tracking, billing, time entries, and follow-up Research courts, external sites, and prior files as needed Required Qualifications Previous Litigation Legal Assistant experience – REQUIRED Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, filings, and deadlines Experience with ECF filing and electronic case management systems Excellent proofreading, organization, and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Professional and confidential approach when working with attorneys and clients Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023-06/22-088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdf The pay transparency policy is available here: https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay-transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdf For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
