Litigation Legal Assistant Key Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings related to labor and employment matters.
- Handle federal and state e-filing for motions, briefs, and other court documents.
- Maintain and organize case files, calendars, and deadlines for multiple attorneys.
- Prepare discovery responses and assist with document production.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys across multiple U.S. offices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
- Experience with federal and state e-filing systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
