Litigation Legal Assistant Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings related to labor and employment matters.
  • Handle federal and state e-filing for motions, briefs, and other court documents.
  • Maintain and organize case files, calendars, and deadlines for multiple attorneys.
  • Prepare discovery responses and assist with document production.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys across multiple U.S. offices.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
  • Experience with federal and state e-filing systems.
