Litigation Lawyer | Remote

Position: Litigation AttorneyType: ContractCompensation: $100 - $150/hourLocation: RemoteCommitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role ResponsibilitiesDraft litigation work product including motions, briefs, demand letters, and discovery documents.Develop and maintain coherent case theory throughout the dispute lifecycle.Incorporate detailed senior feedback with minimal need for redirection.Create rubric items outlining the hallmarks of a robust legal response.Identify and flag procedural ambiguities or substantive issues for escalation.Follow direction from senior attorneys, mirroring real-world mentor-mentee collaboration. RequirementsActive or lapsed bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction with a Juris Doctor degree.Have strong relevant experience in litigation, including drafting, discovery, and motion practice.Demonstrated ability to draft effective litigation documents in commercial contract, shareholder/LLC, or real estate disputes.Expertise in legal writing with native-level command of English and mastery of legal register.Experience working efficiently to prescribed specifications and integrating feedback promptly.
