About the role

TLFC's litigation lawyers act for businesses, property owners, and individuals across a broad range of commercial disputes, providing skilled representation and clear strategic advice at every stage. Our team has appeared across all major courts and tribunals in Victoria and nationally, with a strong record of delivering results for clients. Every matter is supervised by a designated partner who works directly with you, assessing risks and developing a considered approach—whether that means pressing forward in court or resolving the dispute efficiently through mediation or negotiation.
