About the Opportunity A F200 energy company is seeking a Delaware-licensed Litigation Attorney to provide interim support for approximately 3–4 months while the team backfills a permanent position. This is a full-time (30–40 hours/week) remote engagement. The work will involve:Managing a varied litigation docket with an emphasis on product liability matters.Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents.Developing case strategy and partnering with internal business stakeholders.Working closely with outside counsel on matters requiring court appearances while handling as much of the litigation as possible in-house.Providing day-to-day litigation support across a broad range of disputes. Qualifications:Active Delaware bar admission required.Strong background handling product liability, class action, and/or general civil litigation.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced in-house environment.Available to begin immediately.
