Litigation Counsel

About the role

Nossaman LLP is seeking a litigation counsel with 8+ years of experience to join our industry-leading Eminent Domain & Inverse Condemnation Group. The role may be based in our Los Angeles, Orange County, Sacramento or San Francisco offices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of litigation experience
• Experience in real estate litigation; eminent domain experience preferred
• Experience drafting pleadings, taking depositions, preparing discovery and reviewing title documents
• Superb research and writing skills
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership over significant projects
• Admission to the State Bar of California

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will have experience in real estate litigation, and eminent domain experience is preferred
• Successful candidate will have superb research and writing skills as well as a demonstrated ability to take ownership over significant projects

Pay

The salary range for the position of 8+ year counsel at Nossaman is $175,000 to $230,000 annually. The successful candidate's salary for this position is reasonably expected to be set within this range; however, actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including, without limitation, the candidate's qualifications and experience.
