This Litigations Collections Specialist role offers hands-on exposure to medical receivables, case strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Manage medical receivable and LitiCollect queues in compliance with case protocols
- Conduct external research to verify and update case status information
- Prepare and maintain lien documentation for receivable cases
- Communicate with providers, law firms, insurance companies, and internal teams
- Support audits, reporting, and daily operations alongside leadership
- Assist with phone support and intake as a Litigations Collections Specialist
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in legal, personal injury, or medical receivables environments
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Legal, Economics)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Proven customer service and multi-system experience as a Litigations Collections Specialist
Pay
Salary: $18–$23/hour
Schedule
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm ET
