About the role

The Litigation Specialist (Collections Support) plays a crucial role in managing and resolving collections cases. They are responsible for coordinating with external legal partners, managing case files, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate with external legal partners to resolve collections cases efficiently.
  • Review and update case files to ensure all necessary documentation is present and accurate.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on case progress and address any concerns.
  • Prepare and submit required reports and documents to meet legal deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in legal support or collections management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with legal research and document review.
  • Knowledge of legal procedures and court processes.
