The Litigation Specialist (Collections Support) plays a crucial role in managing and resolving collections cases. They are responsible for coordinating with external legal partners, managing case files, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate with external legal partners to resolve collections cases efficiently.
- Review and update case files to ensure all necessary documentation is present and accurate.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on case progress and address any concerns.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documents to meet legal deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in legal support or collections management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with legal research and document review.
- Knowledge of legal procedures and court processes.
