Litigation Attorney (Warranty) - Remote (CA License Required)

About the role

The Attorney will work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. Location is flexible, but all candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.

Responsibilities

• Extensive trial/arbitration experience, including opening statements, closing arguments, witness examination, motion practice, deposition, and mediation
• Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
• Experience defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions

Pay

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $170,000 - $200,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.
