Litigation Associate - Remote (CA License Required)
Job Summary
Clark Hill is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join our Litigation business unit in Southern California. The Associate can work remotely from anywhere in the US but must be licensed and in good standing with the CA bar.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
- 3+ years of high volume litigation practice experience
- Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
- Experience working with e-discovery software
- Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Participate in high-volume litigation matters
- Prepare and present cases in court
- Manage and review discovery materials
- Advocate effectively on behalf of clients
- Conduct thorough legal research
- Write persuasive legal documents
- Negotiate settlements and other outcomes
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Licensure to practice law in California
- At least 3 years of high volume litigation experience
- Experience with e-discovery software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Pay
The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $165,000 - $185,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.
Schedule
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
