Litigation Attorney (Warranty) - Remote (CA License Required)
About the role
Clark Hill is seeking a mid to senior level Trial Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California. The Attorney will work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. Location is flexible, but all candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar. Warranty experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Trial and arbitration proceedings, including opening statements, closing arguments, witness examination, motion practice, deposition, and mediation
Requirements
- Extensive trial/arbitration experience
- Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Pay
The salary range for this position is $170,000 - $200,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, and internal equity.
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
