Litigation Attorney (Warranty) - Los Angeles; San Diego; or San Francisco, CA

About the role

The mid to senior-level Trial Attorney will work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the California bar, and local to one of our three California offices.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions.
• Work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions.
• Extensive trial/arbitration experience, including opening statements, closing arguments, witness examination, motion practice, deposition, and mediation.
• Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation practice experience.
• Local to one of our three California offices.
• Hybrid schedule with three days in office and two at home.

Pay

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $170,000 - $200,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.

Schedule

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
