Litigation Associate (Warranty) - Los Angeles; San Diego; or San Francisco, CA
About the role
Clark Hill is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its litigation practice in Southern California. The Associate will work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. All candidates must be local to Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco and an active member of the CA bar.
Requirements
- 2+ years of litigation practice experience
- Trial/arbitration preparation and courtroom experience, including motion practice, deposition, and mediation
- Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Warranty experience is not required.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
