Litigation Attorney (Warranty) - Los Angeles; San Diego; or San Francisco, CA

About the Role

Clark Hill is seeking a mid to senior-level Trial Attorney to join its warranty litigation practice in California. The Attorney will work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the California bar
• Local to one of our three California offices (hybrid schedule with three days in office and two at home)
• 5+ years of litigation practice experience
• Extensive trial/arbitration experience, including opening statements, closing arguments, witness examination, motion practice, deposition, and mediation
• Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Warranty litigation experience is not required

Pay

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $170,000 - $200,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
