Litigation Attorney - Los Angeles or San Diego, CA

About the role

The Senior Attorney will join Clark Hill's litigation practice in Southern California, sitting in either Los Angeles or San Diego. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Substantive trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience.
• Experience working with e-discovery software.
• Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

• 6+ years of litigation practice experience.
• An active California bar license.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $210,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.

Schedule
