About the role
Slocumb Law Firm is expanding and seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team in Providence, RI. This is a unique opportunity to expand their established priority to help their clients obtain the justice and compensation they deserve while establishing and growing their presence in this new office.
Responsibilities
- Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution, up to and including trial.
- Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with clients.
- Work within established national litigation systems and case standards.
- Exercise sound judgment, preparation, and ownership over assigned matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams, case managers, and firm leadership.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with opposing counsel and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Active Rhode Island license and in good standing
- At least two years of Personal Injury litigation experience preferred
- Strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to independently manage a full inventory of both pre-lit and litigation cases
- Results-driven mindset
